Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are sales-ready.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to provide additional information and answer questions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Degree: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation.
Technical Skills
- CRM Software: Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Outbound Techniques: Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistence: Strong persistence and follow-up skills to generate interest and qualify leads.
