Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Onboarding Specialist.

Technical Skills

  • Onboarding Tools: Proficient in using onboarding and customer management tools.
  • Training: Experience in providing training and support to customers.
  • Data Management: Strong skills in data management and record keeping.
