Roles & Responsibilities

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction and relationship status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Specialist or in a similar role.
Technical Skills
- CRM Software: Proficient in CRM software and client management tools.
- Data Analysis: Strong skills in analyzing client feedback and data.
Soft Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues.
